Thank you Michael! As someone who has dealt with excessive nerves on sets, I couldn't wait to press play on this video. Thank you for this bit of great advice. I think sometimes I have accidentally slipped into this mindset, and it has helped a lot with taking the focus off what "I'm going through". And to acknowledge to myself that others may need help from me as much as I do them. Even if that "help" is just to be present and not thinking my anxiety is the only thing going on at any given moment. Great vid!

thanks for this. I normally don't get nervous around celebrities any more. What I do get nervous about is that first initial take where If I'm not rooted and seated into my character completly I tend to hold myself by a string. After that initial take, I'm down and ready to roll. Thanks for this.
