I have to say that sometimes technology can be tricky. I shared my reels using my vimeo in the past, and I tested the links a few times (on multiple devices) - all worked fine. But for some reason, there were privacy issues as soon as it reached another person, based on their settings, they couldn’t view the clip. For that reason, if I want to share something, I will use youtube, since I know with 100% accuracy that it will work.

I have worked in other industries that require professional communication or you will not last long (this includes the infamous "Reply All"). I have not checked , but I would imagine there are online courses for professional communication. They may not be geared for actors but it shouldn't matter, except for some very specific things. In my other lives, poor communication was one of those first impression things. If you don't care enough to communicate well and professionally, will you care enough about anything? Thanks for the reminder!

Yes, make it easy. Be of service, even when asking about something.
