Got it and loved it :) Great reminder: and you realize eventually that it makes the agent/manager feel more comfortable with the relationship as well! Everyone is more at ease when the actor's stance is "We're on equal footing; let's work together to do something great." (Love the analogy of the little villagers and the big monster. lol)

Thanks for the helpful advice Michael, I agree we should not think of ourselves as subordinates to our agents-we are both equal partners in our success.
