Makes so much sense!!! A Long time ago I learned that yes, I will allow myself 2 minutes for an internal meltdown where I rant and scream to myself (in private). Once I get that out of my system, I knuckled down and focus forward. Because you can't do anything about the situation except work through it. Clear the mental landscape of all that bitterness and negativity and just get to the best ending of the situation. Thanks so much, Michael!

If we stopped the internalized self-oppression of the ridiculous self-defeating mantra of "I'm lucky to be doing this..." No, you aren't "lucky"... You worked your ass …

Funny enough, I, too, was handed a completely different script on a day I was supposed to be a doctor. It was a vertical film with a Chinese production company. Without getting upset, I told the PA, who barely spoke English, that ths was completely different. "Oh. You can learn in half hour?" ahhh..nuh. We'll just have to tak it VERY slow with many re-takes :) The fact that the script was horrrendous and very silly - and kinda embarrassing (although, thankfully, my part was not) I"m sure did not affect something that wasn't going to win awards anyway :)))) On a separate note: Contrats on the Dog Day run. I've commented several times on the play, and stand by my…
